摘要: 采用模压成型的方法制备了适用于熔盐电脱氧法制备金属钛中的TiO2电极, 研究了粘结剂及成型工艺对TiO2电极制备过程中孔隙率的影响。结果表明, 粘结剂溶液浓度为5%, 含量为7%, 使用5MPa单面加压成型工艺制备的TiO2电极具有优良的孔隙率。Abstract: TiO2 electrode was designed by compaction molding process which is used to preparative titanium by electrolysis in molten salt.The effects of adhesive and molding process on the porosity of TiO2 electrode were studied.The results showed that the TiO2 electrode with sufficient porosity could be obtained by molding process under the pressure of 5MPa when the volume of adhesive solute was 7% with a concentrate of 5%.
