摘要: 采用模压成型的方法制备适用于熔盐电脱氧法制备金属钛中的TiO2电极,研究了烧结制度及造孔剂对TiO2电极制备过程中孔隙率的影响。结果表明,烧结温度为1000℃、保温6小时、炭粉含量为5%时制备TiO2电极具有较好的孔隙率。Abstract: TiO2 electrode was designed by compaction molding process which is used to preparative titanium by electrolysis in molten salt.The effects of adhesive and molding process on the porosity of TiO2 electrode were studied.The results showed that the TiO2 electrode with sufficient porosity could be obtained by molding process under the pressure of 5MPa when the volume of adhesive solute was 7% with a concentrate of 5%.
