Abstract:
For the dispersion of impact energy (A
kv) data of ADB610 steel, multiple kinds of probability statistical models were used to fit it.Then the correlation coefficient method and Kolmogorov-Smirnov method were employed to check the fiting effect.The results showed that three-parameter Weibull is optimal distribution.Through the study of ADB610 steel impact energy confidence interval, confidence interval 139.5J, 217.1J of 95% confidence level under the condition of 99.9% reliability was obtained.Finally, the impact energy which obeys three-parameter Weibull distribution is solved to obtain the safe impact energy under a certain reliability.The safe impact energy at reliability 0.9, 0.975 and 0.99 is 228.7J, 210.1J and 200.7J respectively.
