二氧化钛在塑料中的应用研究

摘要: 研究了在塑料中添加二氧化钛后的分散性、耐候性、加工性能,结果表明,二氧化钛的粒径增大,分散性提高;金红石型二氧化钛的耐候性能较好;添加无机填料可以提高产量、降低成本。Abstract: The application of TiO2 in plastic products is explored in this paper and a comprehensive investigation on TiO2 in cluding dispersion,weatherability,processing performance and production costs is conducted.The results showed that the dispersion of TiO2 could be improved when the size of TiO2 particle is increased,the weathering performance of Cr501 was better than that of B101 and the productions could be expanded and cost could be reduced with the addition of inorganic fillers.
