Optimization of Melting Process of Fused Flux for Welding of High-strength Steel

摘要: 选取熔炼电流、装炉量、精炼时间三个因素, 采用均匀设计方法进行焊剂熔炼工艺设计。通过不同熔炼工艺参数下高强钢熔炼焊剂的熔敷金属扩散氢含量和力学性能分析, 优化了焊剂熔炼工艺。Abstract: Taking melting current, charging volume and refining time as factors, melting process of flux was designed based on uniform design method.Through the analysis on diffusible hydrogen content and mechanical property of deposited metals, the melting process of the flux was optimized.
