Preparation of Monodisperse Spherical Cu₂O Powder with Cu（OH）₂ as Precursor

摘要: 在不加任何添加剂和高反应物浓度的条件下,于碱性体系中以Cu(OH)₂为前躯体,用葡萄糖还原制备了粒径为0.9-2.0μm的单分散球形氧化亚铜粉末。考察了反应温度和反应物(NaOH、葡萄糖、CuSO₄)浓度等因素对Cu₂O粉末形貌和粒径的影响。利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析对Cu₂O粉末进行了表征。并根据晶体成核生长理论初步讨论了上述条件对Cu₂O粉末形貌和粒径的影响。

Abstract: Monodisperse spherical Cu₂O powder of about 0.9~2.0μm in diameter has been prepared by glucose reduction of Cu(OH)₂ precursor without any additives in high reaction concentration and alkaline system.The effects of reaction temperature and concentration of NaOH,glucose and CuSO₄ on the morohology and particle size of Cu₂O powder were investigated.Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize Cu₂O powder.Meanwhile,according to the theory of crystal nucleation and growth,the effects of above factors on the morohology and particle size of Cu₂O powder were discussed.
