Fracture Mechanics Application Research on Bolts of the Axletree Bracket in a Certain Product

  • 摘要: 本论文从传统的强度设计角度入手, 引入断裂力学设计理念, 对某产品轴承基座联接螺栓进行选材优化设计, 为延迟脆性断裂问题的解决提供了理论支撑。同时也为腐蚀环境下服役的高强螺栓设计提供了有益的借鉴。
    Abstract: This article starts with the traditional intensity design, introduces the design idea of fracture mechanics, optimizes the material selection design for bolts of axletree bracket and provide theory support for solving the problem of delay brittleness rupture.Meanwhille, it also provides useful reference for the high intensity bolts which is used under corrupt conditions.
