Fabrication Techniques of Nanostructured Ceramic Coatings

  • 摘要: 与传统的微米级陶瓷涂层相比, 纳米结构陶瓷涂层的结合强度、断裂韧性、耐磨性等会显著提高, 目前已在军民领域开始应用。纳米陶瓷涂层的制备存在一定的特殊性和较大难度, 并且制备工艺会对涂层的组织和性能产生直接影响。本文对纳米结构陶瓷涂层的制备技术进行了详细介绍。
    Abstract: Compared with traditional microstructured ceramic coatings, nanostructured ceramic coatings usually exhibite improved properties such as interface bonding strength, fracture toughness and wear resistance, and have thus been utilized in many military and civil industries.However, there are several characteristics and difficulties in fabrication of the nanocoatings.In addition, the fabrication techniques may bring direct influence on microstructures and properties of the coatings.This paper describes some fabrication methods of nanostructured ceramic coatings in detail.
