Micro Arc Oxidation and Corrosion Resistance Investigation on TiB2 Particle Reinforced ZL101A Matrix Composite

  • 摘要: 本文将微弧氧化工艺应用于颗粒增强铝基复合材料TiB2/ZL101A, 分析了不同氧化时间膜层的厚度、组织结构和成分等, 并研究了其在模拟海洋环境下的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明, 适当处理条件下, 微弧氧化后的TiB2/ZL101A具备较强的耐海洋环境腐蚀能力。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, micro arc oxidation method was applied on TiB2 particle reinforced ZL101A matrix composite.The thickness, microstructure and content of film at different oxidation time were analyzed, and the corrosion resistance performances of the film under simulated ocean environment were investigated.The results show that TiB2/ZL101A after proper micro arc oxidation treatment exhibits strong anti-corrosion ability in ocean environment.
