热处理工艺对La掺杂纳米TiO2光催化性能的影响
Influence of Thermal Treatment Processing on the Photocatalytic Activity of Lanthanum Doped Titanium Dioxide

摘要: 以钛酸四丁酯和硝酸镧为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La掺杂摩尔分数为2%的纳米TiO2,以TNT为目标降解物,研究了热处理方式对TiO2光催化性能的影响。结果表明:样品光催化性能最佳的热处理温度为500℃,升温速率为10℃/min,活化时间为2h,60min内对TNT的去除率达到了96%。Abstract: The nanometer TiO2 powders doped with La3+ in a molar fraction of 2% was prepared from Ti(OC4H9)4 and La(NO3)3 by sol-gel processing.The influence of thermal treatment processing on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was investigated through degradation of TNT.The results showed that the fitting thermal treatment temperature of sample is 500℃,the temperature rising rate is 10℃/ min and the activation time is 2 h,the degradation of TNT is 96% within 60 minutes.
