TA15钛合金高温变形行为研究
Study on Hot Deformation Behavior of TA15 Titanium Alloy

摘要: 通过热模拟压缩试验,研究了TA15钛合金的高温变形行为。结果表明:应变速率较小时,变形温度对稳态应力和峰值应力的影响较小;应变速率较大时,变形温度对稳态应力和峰值应力的影响较大。变形温度较低时,应变速率对稳态应力和峰值应力的影响较大;变形温度较高时,应变速率对稳态应力和峰值应力的影响较小。同时,还建立了TA15钛合金高温变形时的流动应力本构方程,方程的计算值与实验数据吻合较好。Abstract: Deformation behavior of high temperature deformation of TA15 alloy has been carried out according to the experiment of isothermal compression.The experimental results show that the strain rate affect the peak stress and the steady stress weakly when the deformation temperature is low and strongly when the temperature is high.Meanwhile,the constitutive equation on flow stress of TA15 alloy in high temperature deformation was presented.The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
