Influence of the Double Heat Treatment on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of ZTC4 Cast Titanium Alloy Material

  • 摘要: 研究了ZTC4铸造钛合金材料在铸造状态和双重热处理状态下的性能和微观组织。试验结果表明, 该合金经双重热处理后, 强度、硬度降低, 塑性提高, 力学性能数据分散度有所降低。

     

    Abstract: The microstructures and mechanical properties of cast titanium alloy ZTC4 under different conditions have been studied.The results show that the general properties of ZTC4 alloy castings was improved after double heat treatment and the scattering degree of mechanical properties datum was reduced.
