Abstract: Through chemical and physical analysis, the fracture of plastics machine is investigated and it is confirmed that sharp edges inclusions in steel may contribute to the principal axis rupture, for this inclusion not only concentrate stress, but also incise the steel body, and so bring about the fatigue strength sharply descend, and then the principal axis rupture.
