Abstract: The process of folding angle of 5083 Al alloy plates used in some submarines was investigated in the paper.The results showed that the optimal scheme and the topgallant technology are obtained by technique experiments,which can ensure cold machining quality of Al alloy plates,and meet the design requirement of submarine structure and concealment.
