Abstract: Oxide films were prepared on Ti-80 alloy by means of anodization under constant direct current mode in acid solution.The relationship between voltage and current in oxidation process was studied,and the phase composition,content,microstructure,thickness and insulation resistance were investigated.The results show that the film on Ti80 alloy is thick enough,uniform and continuous and the insulation resistance is greatly improved after anodization.
