热变形参数对16Mn2VB非调质钢力学性能的影响

Effects of Thermal Deformation Parameters on Mechanical Properties of 16Mn2VB Steel

  • 摘要: 研究了热变形参数对16Mn2VB非调质钢力学性能的影响。结果发现, 热变形后冷却方式的变化对16Mn2VB非调质钢硬度的影响最大, 其次是变形速率, 再次是变形温度。在1050℃和1100℃热成形后, 抗拉强度随冷却速度的增加而增加。在1200℃热成形时, 随冷却速度的增加, 抗拉强度先下降后升高。

     

    Abstract: The effect of thermal deformation parameters on mechanical properties of 16Mn2VB steel was studied.The results show that the cooling way after thermal deformation has the largest effect on hardness of 16Mn2VB steel.The second important factor is deformation strain and the third important factor is deformation temperature.After thermal deforamtion at 1050℃ and 1100℃, the tensile strength increases with the increase of cooling speed.After thermal deforamtion at 1200℃, with the increase of cooling speed, the tensile strength decreases firstly and then increases.
