Development of High Toughness Low-temperature Steel Electrode HH-W707

摘要: 06MnVAl是一种应用比较广泛的低温钢, 它的适用温度最低可达-70℃。本文针对在-70℃工作的06MnVAl低温钢进行匹配低温焊条设计。参考国内外在低温钢焊接材料方面的研究情况, 根据焊缝金属的强度、韧性、塑性和可焊性, 选定了Mn-Ni合金系统, 研制出HH-W707低温钢焊条, 该焊条具有良好的工艺性能, 能满足06MnVAl钢在低温工作中的韧性要求。Abstract: 06MnVAl is a widely used low-temperature steel and its suitable working temperature may reach as low as-70℃.This paper aims to design a low-temperature steel electrode which matches 06MnVAl low temperature steel working at a low temperature of -70℃.With reference to the situation of domestic and abroad in the low-temperature steel welding material research, and the intensity, toughness, plasticity and weld ability of weld metal, the Mn-Ni alloy system was adopted, and the HH-W707 low temperature steel electrode was develeped.This electrode was proved to have good shop characteristics, can meet the toughness requirements of 06MnVAl steel working at low temperature.
