Abstract: WT-MV 3100 shooting and measurement software were used in metallographical analysis for determination of the proportion of a certain structure to replace the artificial visual comparative estimation.With the WT-MV 3100 shooting and measurment saftware,the collection and shooting of metallographical images,image processing,image data obtaining,level assessment,data preservation and printing were performed quickly and accuately,and the efficiency of the structure determination is improved.
