Abstract:
In this paper, the hydrogels were prepared with the copolymer of acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamide-2-aethylpropanesul-fonic acid(AMPS) as the organic phase, introducing silicon dioxide(SiO
2) as inorganic phase which obtained by Ethyl silicate(TEOS).The phase inversion temperature, swelling behavior and swelling kinetic in water at temperatures(25℃ and 0℃) of the hydrogels were studied. It was showed that P(AM-co-AMPS) hydrogels swelling mechanism belong to macromolecule relaxation at 25℃,but belong to Fickian diffusion at 0℃ yet, indicating that they are temperature-sensitive,while P(AM-co-AMPS)/SiO
2 hybrid hydrogels swelling mechanism all belongs to non-Fickian diffusion at 25℃ and 0℃,and the temperature-sensitive of these hybrid hydrogels are vanished.
