熔体发泡法泡沫铝的加工特性

The Machining Characteristic of Melt foamed Aluminum

摘要: 由于熔体发泡法制造出的泡沫铝结构的特殊性,将锭坯加工成产品,特别是大规格泡沫铝产品的加工具有其特殊性。本文简述了泡沫铝的特点及组织结构特征,并对泡沫铝的加工性进行论述。根据生产实践经验介绍了泡沫铝的切割加工;整形加工;机械加工;连接加工以及以实现泡沫铝表面状态为目的的表面加工。

Abstract: It is difficult to machine foamed aluminum,especially the large ones for its special structure.In this paper the structure of melt foamed aluminum is introduced and the machining experiences are reviewed covering cutting,shaping,joining and surface treatment.
