Properties,Applications and Preparation Methods for Cf-Cu Composite Material

  • 摘要: Cf-Cu复合材料是由碳纤维和铜采用适当方法制备而成的一种新型金属基复合材料, 该材料综合了金属铜和碳纤维的性能特点, 具有其它材料无以比拟的性能优势。本文详细论述了Cf-Cu复合材料良好的导电导热、良好的尺寸稳定性和抗摩擦耐磨损等性能及其原因, 同时根据这些性能特点展望了它的应用领域以及该材料的制备方法, 以便为科研工作者对该材料的研究开发及应用作理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Cf-Cu composite material is a new metal-matrix composite made of carbon fiber and copper and by proper preparation methods.This material possesses the properties of both copper and carbon fiber, and has some property merits which other material hasn't.For the purpose of providing theory references on research and development and application to other researchers, this paper deals with the performances of the Cf-Cu composite such as good electrical conductivity and good thermal conductivity, good dimensional stability and anti-friction and wear, and explains the reasons for its performances, at the same time, the applications and preparation of the composite material have been described.
