石墨烯及其复合材料导热性能的研究现状

Research on the Thermal Conductivities of Graphene and Graphene Based Composite Materials

  • 摘要: 阐述了单层石墨烯、石墨烯带及石墨烯复合材料的导热性能。介绍了各种测试模型,综述了石墨烯的层数、纵横比、几何结构、边缘粗糙度、衬底耦合作用、温度等因素对其导热性能的影响。提出了石墨烯及其复合材料导热性能可深入研究的方面。

     

    Abstract: Thermal conductivities of single layer graphene(SLG),graphene nanoribbon(GNR) and graphene based composite materials are described.Several test models for determination of the thermal conductivity are introduced.Effecting factors of the thermal conductivity including the number of graphene layer,aspect ratio,geometry,edge roughness,substrate coupling and temperature are reviewed.The further researches on graphene and the thermal conductivity of graphene based composite materials are also proposed.
