斜y型坡口焊接裂纹试验的拘束度有限元计算分析

摘要: 通过验证性试验保证了带有加载块的小铁研拘束位移的有效性,在此基础上,进一步用有限元法计算了小铁研的拘束度。结果表明,在焊缝坡口两端的拘束度最大,焊缝正中间最小,靠近焊缝两端边缘的5mm左右内拘束度下降幅度很大,焊缝正中间的70mm内分布平缓;不同板厚的小铁研结构,板厚越大,同一位置的拘束度也越大。Abstract: Based on the verification of the validity of finite element computation for small Tekken displacement with loading-block through proving trial,small Tekken restrain computofion is conducted.The results show that the restraint is maximum at both ends of the weld,and is minimum in the middle.The restraint falling amplitude is great at both ends of the weld in a range of 5mm,and is gentle in the middle in a range of 70mm.As for different thickness of small Tekken,the thicker the greater the restraint is at the same position of small Tekken.
