B10合金薄板PAW焊接工艺研究

Study on Welding Technology for B10 Thin Plate

  • 摘要: 本文采用PAW方法,对B10合金薄板进行焊接实验,实现了4 mm厚B10合金板材的无缺陷焊接,并对焊缝成形性能、组织力学性能等进行了探索。实验结果表明:B10合金焊接性能好,与传统的手工TIG焊相比,焊接B10合金用PAW方法在焊缝外观成形、内部质量、焊接效率等方面更有优势。

     

    Abstract: Auto plasma arc welding(PAW)experiment has been carried out on B10 thin plate,and the appearance and mechanical property of the weld was probed into.It has been found that the weldablity of the B10 alloy is benign.Compared to the traditional welding method of TIG,plasma arc welding has more advantages in welding B10 alloy about the deforming,the qualities of interior and effection of welding line.
