Abstract: Taking the production of stern bulb used in 76000t oil tanker as example,process quality control of casting,smelting pouring,cleaning and heat treatment in order to guarantee one-time forming success are analyzed and the points for procecs quality control are summarized.The practice showsd that the process quality control points is feasible.the stern bulb prodaced accordingly meets the quality index and be accepted by CCS criterion.if the production process is controlled strictly according to the upper points.
