钛—不锈钢复合棒等强结合的特性

Characteristics of Titanium-stainless Steel Clad Bar with Equal Strength

  • 摘要: 钛—不锈钢复合棒是航空航天领域中一种金属新材料,其性能的可靠性是保证各类航天器安全运行的重要条件,在工艺优化条件下生产的钛—不锈钢复合棒,具有与母材钛强度相等的结合强度,进一步证实了“爆炸焊接金属的极限强度等于或大于母材金属中较弱者的强度”这一说法。文章从金相、拉剪强度及钛材性能改变方面分析复合棒的显著特点,说明等强结合的某些特性。

     

    Abstract: Titanium-stainless steel clad bar is one of the pivotal metal material in the aviation and spaceflight areas,the credible properties is very important guarantee for the safe work of the spacecrafts.Based on the experience of material research,the titanium-stainless steel clad bars were produced in the optimized process with strength equal to the base material of Ti,which approved that the limit strength of the explosive welding metal is equal to or exceeds the strength of the weak base materials.In the article,in order to account for certain properties of the equal strength bonding,the significant character of the clad bar were analysed in view of the metallographs,tensile-shear strength and the properties change of Ti.
