热处理制度对航空发动机用TC11合金组织和性能的影响

摘要: 研究了不同热处理制度下TC11钛合金锻件的组织和性能。结果表明,在空冷的条件下,随着温度的升高,β转变组织体积增加,初生α含量减少同时体积增大;当热处理温度达到1020℃时组织变成了典型的β区冷却后针状马氏体组织;随着温度的继续升高,等轴α相完全消失,形成了完全由β转变组织构成的层状结构。拉伸试验研究表明,950℃/2h/AC+530℃/8h/AC条件下得到的组织具有较好的综合力学性能,Rm为1050~1100 MPa,RP0.2为950~1000 MPa,A为10%~16%,Z为30%~35%,其它各项技术性能也符合要求。Abstract: The effects of heat treatment system on microstructure and properties of TC11 titanium alloy were investigated.The results showed that with rising of temperature at air cooling condition,β phase volume of TC11titanium alloy increase,fraction of α phase decreases while the volume increase.When the temperature exceeds 1020℃,microstructure morphology of the alloy changes to fine acicular martensite microstructure.As the temperature continues to rise,α phase completely disappeared and further changes to widmanstatten and lamellar microstructure.The best mechanical properties of TC11 alloy are achieved after heat treating under a condition of 950℃/2h/AC+530℃/8h/AC,those are Rm 1050-1100 MPa,RP0.2 950-1000 MPa,A 10%-16%,Z 30%-35%.
