Abstract: The welding characteristics of SMAW and impulse MIG welding and ceramic-gasket welding of 45Mn17Al3 low magnetic steel were investigated in the paper in accordance with the diversity of alloy system characteristic for 45Mn17Al3 low mag-netic steel and its welding materials.The welding technology is adapted of engineering application of welding materials of 45Mn17Al3 low magnetic steel.
