Study on Structure Design and Manufacture of High Load-weight Ratio Composite Wing Model

  • 摘要: 针对给定外形机翼模型,为得到具有高载荷质量比的模型机翼,提出3种结构布局形式,结合有限元计算结果与制造工艺性分析,最终确定直梁式机翼结构布局方案。提出的成形工艺方案,通过成形质量检验和加载试验,验证了成形工艺的可行性和合理性。
    Abstract: In accordance with the outline of the wing model given and in order to achieve high load-weight ratio of the wing, three layouts of wing structure are presented. One of them, the straight-beam layout, is determined after analysis of simulation of FEM and manufacture process. The forming process has been advanced, which is proved feasible and reasonable through the forming-quality verification and load test.
