Abstract:
With styrene-acrylic microemulsion as the adsorptive carrier,CoS
2 hollow nanospheres were prepared by means of hydrothermal reaction between CoCl·6H
2O and CS
2 at 100℃ for 6h in microemulsion system. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).XRD pattern indicates that the product is CoS
2 with cubic lattice.SEM and TEM images reveal that the products are hollow nanoshperes with good uniformity, the diameter of the nanoshperes is about 120nm.In addition, the formation mechanism of hollow nanospheres and the electrochemical properties of them as an anode material for lithium ion battery were also studied.
