粘结剂对高电阻率各向异性粘结NdFeB磁体性能的影响

摘要: 用于高频场下的永磁材料不仅要具有高的磁性能,还需要具备高电阻率,避免高频交变场在磁体表面产生涡流而导致致命温升。本文即通过分析几种粘接剂的起始粘度、不同温度下的粘度曲线等性能参数优选粘接剂,并采用正交试验的方法得到了最优的高电阻率各向异性粘结NdFeB成型工艺,所成型磁体在高频场的应用得到了验证。Abstract: Permanent magnet material applied in high frequence field should have high magnetism and resistance to avoid warm duing to backset.The original viscidity and viscidity curve in different temperature of binders are investigated in order to select the best one.The moulding technics of anisotropism bonded NdFeB was optimized using orthogonal experiment.The appling effect of magnet in high frequence field was validated too.
