Abstract:
In order to remove low concentration gaseous benzene in closed ambient,TiO
2/ACF composite was prepared by sol-gel and dipping-coating method with Ti(OC
4H
9)4 as precursor.Orthogonal experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of deionized water,C
2H
5OH,CH
3COOH and calcination temperature of TiO
2/ACF four factors on the photocatalytic activity of TiO
2/ACF.The decomposition performance of TiO
2/ACF prepared was investigated for low concentration gaseous benzene in dynamic system.TiO
2 was also characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the optimal technology were determined as the Ti(OC
4H
9)
4 is 7.5ml,the C
2H
5OH is 22.5ml,the CH
3COOH is 10ml,the deionized water is 3.5ml and the calcinations temperature of TiO
2/ACF is 400℃,the content of anatase in sample is 100%,the average crystallite sizes is 13.5nm and the dynamic average degradation ratio of low concentration gaseous benzene reaches up to 50% in 3 hours period.
