Abstract: Adding alloy elements in hot-dip Zinc bath would effect on the thickness,microstructure,corrosion resistance and appearance of zinc coating.In this paper,Zn-Ni,Zn-Mg,Zn-Ti,Zn-Mn and Zn-Bi alloy coating technologies are introduced.Effects of these alloy elements on the microstructure and property of coatings are discussed and their development trend in future is expected.
