多层波纹管接触分析及稳定性屈曲分析

Analysis on Contact and Stable Squirm of Multi-ply Bellows

  • 摘要: 通过建立三层四波多层波纹管平面轴对称模型和三维实体模型,探讨了波纹管在内压载荷下所涉及到的层间接触问题和稳定性屈曲问题。针对多层结构接触问题所涉及到的摩擦系数、接触刚度和层间间隙等参数的取值进行了模拟试验对比,最后对非线性屈曲分析的初始缺陷和弹塑性极限分析所需施加的载荷值进行了描述,目的在于通过对多层波纹管有限元分析的讨论以指导波纹管设计与开发。

     

    Abstract: Contact analysis and stability of squirm analysis were discussed in terms of bellows with internal pressure load by building axis-symmetrical plane and three-dimensional solid model.Numerical experimental comparisons were conducted with regard to the specific values of friction coefficient,contact stiffness and ply distance related to contact effect among plies.At last,initial defection in nonlinear squirm analysis and pressure value needed to load to model in elastic-plastic analysis was described and the FEM analysis on multi-plies bellows was discussed aimed at providing some guidance for the development and design of bellows.
