Abstract:
With inhibitors film test and weightloss test the influence of compound inhibitors imidazoline on the inhibition behavior of 20 steel in CO
2 bearing oil field waste water was invastigated.The film test results showed that blending imidazoline inhibitors with TXP-10,urotropin,and isopropanol could,improve the integrity of the film greatly,while weight loss test results showed that at 70℃ and 90℃ imidazoline amide with rosin imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt inhibitors helped to improve the efficiency of the inhibitor.At 120℃,imidazoline amide inhibitors molecules dissociated but the rosin imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt continueed to maintain good inhibition efficiency.At the three test temperature of 70℃,90℃ and 120℃,The TXP-10,urotropin and isopropanol as blends,maintained a stable inhibition efficiency.The coordinative work of rosin imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and compound components can effectively reduce the risk of perforated metal corrosion.
