Abstract: Situation of low-magnetism steel used in naval ships is briefly introduced from the demand of naval ships on low-magnetism steels， furthermore， the history and technique development of low-magnetism steel of home and abroad are addressed in detail． Living examples of low-magnetism steels' application in naval ships are given and the development way of low-magnetism steel used in naval ships of China is discussed at last．
