Abstract: The component,non-metallic inclusion,structure of weld and fracture texture of two kinds of solid welding wire fabricated home and imported were compared and analyzed.The non-metallic inclusion and weld microstructure were tested by means of metalloscope and fracture morphology of the deposited metal was observed under SEM.The results manifested that the non-metallic inclusion of the two wires are mainly aluminum oxide and spherical oxide,the weld microstructure consists of acicular ferrite,granular bainite and proeutectoid ferrite,and the cup-cone tensile fracture indicates ductile and transgranular fracture mechanism of deposited metal of the two wires.
