TEM Feature of the Welds QAl9-4/B30 Copper Alloy Plate

  • 摘要: 本文利用透射电子显微镜研究了QAl9-4+B30铜合金焊缝内的组织。结果表明,QAl9-4+B30铜合金的焊缝内存在β'马氏体板条,内部具有细微的层状结构。经过热处理后β'马氏体转变为γ2相。基体中出现与基体共格的细小面心立方相。QAl9-4+B30铜合金的焊缝内存在NiAl相,NiAl相的(110)面大多平行于面心立方基体的(111)面,NiAl析出相的长轴方向平行于121NiAl,垂直于101NiAl

     

    Abstract: Microstructure of the welds of QAl9-4/B30 copper alloy plate were analyzed by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that the welds contain a lot of β'martensite in which many small layers exist.The β'martensite then changes into γ2 phase after heat treatment.There are a lot of fine fcc phase in the matrix and NiAl phase in the welds of QAl9-4/B30.The long axis of 121NiAl is parallel to NiAl,and perpendiculary to 101NiAl.
