半导体纳米材料在光催化领域的研究进展

摘要: 光催化降解污染物具有低能耗、高效降解等特点,本文介绍了半导体纳米光催化材料TiO2、CdS、ZnO的特点及其在水处理、空气净化领域中的应用,并展望了半导体纳米光催化剂未来的研究方向。Abstract: Photocatalytic degradation of pollutants is characterized by its low energy consumption and high efficiency.In this paper,the application of TiO2、CdS、ZnO semiconductor nano-materials in water treatment and air purification is introduced and the development direction of semiconductor photocatalyst in the future is forecasted.
