铅(Pb1)+钢(Q245R)爆炸焊接试验研究

Study of Lead(Pb1)+ Steel(Q245R) Clad Plate by Explosive Welding

  • 摘要: 本文根据理论和半经验公式,确定了铅Pb1和钢Q245R两种金属的爆炸焊接工艺参数大致范围,即爆炸焊接窗口。再优选参数进行了工艺试验,并经外观检测、超声波检测、结合强度试验、显微观察等手段,对复合界面状态、结合强度进行了研究。结果表明,理论和经验公式对爆炸焊接参数的确定有较强指导意义,文中所选的试验参数保证了铅—钢良好的复合质量。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the approximate range of explosive welding technics parameters(explosive welding window) of lead(Pb1) and steel(Q245R) is determined on theory and experiential formula.Then,the parameters are optimized and some experiments are carried out.The bonding interface and bonding strength have been investigated by the means of appearance observation,UT,mechanical property test and microscopic observation,etc.The results show that the theory and experiential formula are helpful on which the parameters selected are appropriate to ensure the excellent compounding quality of Pb1-Q245R.
