弥散强化铜弥散相特征与其性能的关系
Research on the Relations between Dispersed Phase and Properties of ODS Copper

摘要: 研究了不同氧化铝含量弥散铜中弥散相特征与其性能的关系。结果表明,低氧化铝含量的弥散铜中纳米相颗粒粒度均匀、弥散分布,颗粒间距较大。该材料塑性好,加工硬化速度慢。中等氧化铝含量的弥散铜纳米相粒度均匀、弥散分布,颗粒间距小,加工硬化速度快。高氧化铝含量弥散铜的纳米相存在多种形貌,且分布的均匀性差,材料难以加工。Abstract: This article is focused on the relation between characteristics of the dispersed phase and properties of the alumina dispersion strengthened copper(ADSC) alloys.The ADSC alloys with different content of alumina were investigated.For the ADSC alloys with low and medium content of alumina,the alumina particles have a uniform size and dispersed well.Copper alloys with low content of alumina have better plastic performance than the alloys with medium content.For the ADSC alloys with high content of alumina,the alumina particle size has a wide distribution,and the processing performance is poor.
