20g钢搪瓷层组织与性能研究

An Investigation on Microstructure and Properties of Enamel Layer on 20g Steel

  • 摘要: 以20g钢为基板,Fe-Cr-Al合金为电弧喷涂线材,采用高速电弧喷涂技术和一次搪烧法,在20g钢表面成功制备了搪瓷层。利用SEM、EDS分析了搪瓷层的显微组织结构和元素分布情况,测试了搪瓷层的耐热震性、耐磨性。结果表明:烧结温度840℃、保温4min,有Fe-Cr-Al合金打底层的试样耐热震温度为440℃、没有打底层的试样耐热震温度为400℃;在载荷为200N,磨损时间为30min试验中,有Fe-Cr-Al合金打底层的试样的耐磨性是没有打底层的试样的3倍。

     

    Abstract: The enamel layer was produced on the surface of 20g steel via high-speed electric arc spraying and once sintering technology with the Fe-Cr-Al as arc spraying wire. The microstructure structure and the element distribution were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS. The thermal shock resistance and wear resistance were tested. The results show that the thermal shock resistances were 440℃ and 400℃ of the samples sintered at 840℃ for 4 minutes respectively with and without Fe-Cr-Al inlerlayer. The wear resistance of the sample with the Fe-Cr-Al interlayer was 3 times than that of the sample without the interlayer in wear resistance test under load 200 N for 30 minutes.
