船用钢止裂性能评价技术发展与现状

Development of Evaluation Techniques for Ship Steel Crack Arrest Properties

  • 摘要: 上世纪50、60年代大量发生的船舶结构断裂事故掀起了断裂评定研究热潮。为避免船体结构脆性断裂事故的发生研究人员提出了“止裂”的概念,并相继发展了多种钢板止裂性能评价技术,但研究对象仅限于薄板和中厚板,近年来随着超大型集装箱船的发展,对50 mm以上厚板止裂性能的评价技术研究又成为热点。本文对船用钢止裂性能评价技术的发展与现状进行了简要综述。

     

    Abstract: The brittle fractures of hull structures occurred in the early of last century caused much attention on the evaluation of hull fracture.To avoid structure failure,a concept of "crack arrest" was proposed and a series of crack arrest evaluation techniques were developed.Most of these tests focused on thin and mid-thickness steel plates.With the development of large container ships in recent years,crack arrest evaluation techniques of steel plates with thickness over 50mm become more important.The development of relative evaluation techniques is summarized in this paper.
