907A钢材在间浸海水环境中的极化行为研究

摘要: 本研究针对舰船主体材料907A钢所处的间浸海洋环境,在模拟20%间浸率工况下开展了6个周期干湿交替腐蚀条件下的阴极保护参数研究。通过对自然腐蚀和常规参数阴极保护两种状态下907A的动电位极化行为研究,确定了间浸条件下907A材料的腐蚀行为和阴极保护参数及其变化规律。研究结果表明,间浸工况比海水全浸腐蚀对结构材料具有更强的腐蚀性,间浸条件下907A材料的阴极保护电位应比传统的全浸状态下的阴极保护电位-0.85VCSE低,为获得在间浸条件下的最佳保护效果,优化的阴极保护电位建议为-0.90VCSE。Abstract: This paper is aimed at researching the cathodic protection parameters of 907A under alternately immersion circumstance.The potentiodynamic polarization curves were measured to evaluate their electrochemical properties under free corrosion and traditional cathodic protection conditions.The results revealed that the corrosion character of alternately immersion condition is serious than that of continuous immersion condition.The cathodic potential of 907A under alternately immersion circumstance should be more negative than the traditional cathodic potential,which is-0.85VCSE,the feasible potential is-0.90VCSE.
