氧化镧掺杂氧化铝的高温物相转变

High Temperature Phase Transformation of Lanthanum Oxide Doped Alumina

  • 摘要: 本文以碳酸钠和氯化铝为原料,采用沉淀法制备活性氧化铝,对氧化镧改性的氧化铝的高温相变过程进行了研究。运用差热分析法对样品进行热分析,运用XRD和TEM进行物相分析和形貌表征。结果表明:掺杂的镧能够有效的抑制氧化铝在升温过程中的相变,同时能够抑制氧化铝粉体的团聚,保持其高比表面积。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,activated alumina is prepared by precipitation method where sodium carbonate and aluminum chloride are used as raw materials and high temperature phase transformation of lanthanum oxide doped alumina was studied.Thermal behavior of the sample was analysed by differential thermal analysis,phase transformation and surface morphology were analysed by XRD and TEM.The results show that doped lanthanum can inhibit the phase transformation and reunite of alumina during the heating process,maintain a high specific surface area of sample.
