Abstract: In this paper,serious cracks of TA1 cold-rolled seamless tubes are analyzed by means of macroscope observation,metallographic examination,micro-hardness measurements and SEM examination.The results show that,there are some discontinuous and granular hard α phases in the crack zones,which is the main reason leads to crack.
