Dependance of Impact Absobing Energy on U2,V type notched specimens in Charpy impact test

  • 摘要: Aku2和Akv两种冲击吸收功和冲击值不同,它们不能在不同材料的Aku2和Akv之间作一一对应的换算。本文仅对42CrMo这一种材料在有限的三种热处理状态下作试验分析,试图从中找出某些规律,帮助解决生产检验中的实际问题。

     

    Abstract: The Aku2 and the Akv have differences on impact absorbing energy and hardness number;they cannot be converted to each other.This paper analyze the test on 42CrMo in the three kinds of heat treatment conditions,and attempt to find some regularities and help to solve the practical problems in production inspection.
