Research Progress in Theory and Application of “Leak Before Break”Technology

  • 摘要: 回顾并评述了目前世界范围内的主流的“未爆先漏(LBB)”理论,指出LBB评定图技术是目前较能适合工程安全评定并被广泛应用的LBB准则。综述了LBB技术应用现状,指出LBB技术在压力容器设计方面的应用还仅处于初级的理想状态;而LBB技术在压力容器评定方面的应用,先漏后爆(LBB)评定图的改造、裂纹扩展稳定性分析及泄漏率的计算是亟待解决的问题,为下一步LBB技术应用研究工作指明了方向。
    Abstract: This paper deals with the present leak-before-break(LBB) theory around the world,and points out that the LBB failure assessment diagram is suitable for safety assessment and widely applied.A brief description of the application of LBB theory is presented.As for design of pressure vessels,LBB technology is still in an initial stage.Transformation of LBB assessment diagram,stability of the crack propagation and the leak rate are the problems needed to be solved for pressure vessel assessment.The paper points out the direction of LBB technology in the future.
