两种船用D36球扁钢性能对比研究

摘要: 对比研究了两种船体结构用球扁钢球头及腹板的力学性能,采用金相和透射电镜观察了两种试验材料的微观组织结构,分析了球扁钢性能与组织的相关性及两种材料性能差异的原因。试验结果表明:两种球扁钢都具有良好的强韧性,组织细小,位错强化机制可使球扁钢强度明显提高,结合低硫、磷的冶金控制,低碳球扁钢可获得更好的强韧性。Abstract: The paper studies the properties of bulb and web plates of two D36 bulb flat steels. The relationship between the properties and microstructure and difference in property of the two bulb steels were analyzed based on microstructure observation under metallographic and TEM. The results show that two steels have fine microstructure and good strength as well as toughness.The dislocations in the steel increase the strength of the steel obviously, and combining with the low sulfur and phosphors composition controlling, the low carbon bulb steel can be produced with higher strength and better toughness.
