时效处理对非调质钢紧固件的力学性能影响研究

Effect of Aging Processes on Properties of Microalloyed Steel for Bolt

  • 摘要: 研究了不同时效工艺对变形减面率28%的非调质钢紧固件线材的力学性能影响。结果表明:紧固件用非调质钢经时效工艺参数300℃×2 h处理,其拉伸塑性和冲击韧性分别约提高了37.4%和8.7%,其原因归于时效处理后具有稳定状态或亚稳定状态的组织结构或亚结构的形成。

     

    Abstract: The effect of various aging processes on the mechanical properties of microalloyed steel for fastener wire with 28% in draft were investigated through optical microscope and transmission electron microscope observation and tensile and impact test. The results showed that the microalloyed fastener wire sample aged at 300 ℃ for 2 hours demonstrated the best elongation and impact toughness, which increased by 37.4% and 8.7% respectively, which is attributed to the formation of stable or unstable sub-microstructure.
